Claudia is a foreign medical graduate and a Pre-Med/Pre-Residency Engagement fellow at Infinity Ivy Consulting. She helps clients connect with the consulting services that fit their goals. With experience as a medical student and resident, she understands the process of applications, interviews, and professional development both abroad and in the U.S. Claudia is passionate about continuous learning and professional growth and believes that this company offers the guidance and resources to help clients achieve the same.
Sidhant Bhargawa, MD, CDIP
Pre-Med/Pre-Residency Engagement Fellow
Dr. Sidhant Bhargawa is an international medical graduate and a physician licensed in India with over a decade of experience across emergency medicine, intensive care, and remote healthcare environments. His professional background includes hospital-based clinical care as well as work in complex operational settings such as expedition cruise medicine, offshore medical operations, air ambulance services, and telemedicine.
Throughout his career, Dr. Bhargawa has managed high-acuity and critically ill patients in resource-limited and geographically challenging settings, developing a strong foundation in clinical judgment, patient safety, and systems-based care. These experiences have informed his commitment to medical education and his interest in supporting aspiring physicians during key transitional stages of their training.
Dr. Bhargawa earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Avalon University School of Medicine and is a Certified Clinical Documentation Integrity Practitioner (CDIP – AHIMA). He brings focused expertise in ICD-10–based documentation, quality compliance, and effective medical communication within U.S. healthcare systems. He also holds current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ITLS.
In his role as a U.S.-based Pre-Residency Engagement Fellow, Dr. Bhargawa is actively involved in education, outreach, and mentorship. He guides premedical students, international medical graduates, and residency applicants through career planning, clinical readiness, professional development, and navigation of the U.S. residency application and match process. His mentorship emphasizes professionalism, ethical practice, clear communication, and long-term career development.
Dr. Bhargawa remains committed to continuous learning and to supporting future physicians through thoughtful mentorship, structured guidance, and a practical understanding of both global and U.S. medical systems.
Elizabeth, Carpenter, MBA
Director of Sales and Outreach
Elizabeth Carpenter is a business strategist with expertise in sales, partnerships, and organizational growth. She holds an MBA and has worked across corporate and nonprofit environments helping organizations build strong client relationships and develop scalable outreach strategies.
At IVY, Elizabeth leads sales strategy, university partnerships, and outreach initiatives, working with pre-health advisors, universities, and global applicant communities to expand access to structured development resources.
Dr. Rob Carpenter, PhD, MS, MLS(c)
Strategic Adviser
Dr. Rob Carpenter is an entrepreneur, author, and UCLA faculty member whose work spans media, leadership, and creative ventures. He previously founded and led a private-equity funded startup that was successfully acquired, and has built multiple projects across entertainment, education, and digital media.
Dr. Rob Carpenter has worked across the entertainment and media industries, collaborating with major studios and creative teams on projects connected to networks such as HBO, Netflix, Warner Bros., and Fox. He is also a best-selling author, filmmaker, and public speaker whose books and projects explore leadership, storytelling, and creative strategy.
At IVY, Dr. Rob Carpenter serves as Strategic Advisor, helping guide the platform's long-term product vision, strategic positioning, and growth strategy as the company expands its technology for high-stakes interview preparation and professional development.
Dr. Circe Gray Le Compte, ScD, MS
Chief Marketing Officer
Dr. Circe LeCompte is a public health researcher and communications strategist with expertise in health equity, digital engagement, and public health education. She is the Co-Founder and Co-Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer of the Boston Congress of Public Health, where she has led global engagement initiatives, digital programming, and large-scale public health education efforts reaching thousands of students and professionals worldwide.
At IVY, Dr. LeCompte leads marketing strategy, brand development, and growth initiatives, helping expand the platform's reach to pertinent health-related professions.
Dr. Garima Siwatch MBBS, MD
Pre-Med/Pre-Residency Engagement Fellow
Dr. Garima is am currently a Research Scholar at the Boston Congress of Public Health with research interests in neuroimmunology and therapeutic apheresis. She aspires to pursue academic neurology and contribute to translational medical research. She is affiliated as research committee member of Neurological Society of ASFA .
Dr. Candice Carpenter, MD, MBA, MPH, EdM
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Candice Carpenter is a physician, serial entrepreneur, and educator with two decades of experience across medicine, public health, business, and academic leadership. She trained in Neurosurgery and served as a Harvard Alumni Interviewer for six years, gaining extensive experience evaluating high-stakes applicants. In 2021, she founded Infinity Ivy Consulting, where she has coached applicants worldwide preparing for competitive medical school and residency interviews.
Dr. Carpenter holds an MD from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, an MBA from Oxford University's Saïd Business School, an MPH in Public Health Leadership from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, an EdM in Mind, Brain, Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a BA in Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience from Yale University.
